My Prophetic Ministry
I am seeking the visitation of the Holy Spirit in my prayer closet, in my life and in my ministry.
I desire spiritual gifts - 1 Corinthians 14:1 (ESV): earnestly desire the spiritual gifts, especially that you may prophesy
I will build others up, cast vision, champion their lives and pray for specific messages the LordRD woiul;d have me deliver. 1 Corinthians 14:3 (ESV): 3 …the one who prophesies speaks to people for their upbuilding and encouragement and consolation.
I want to see the church grow deep and wide so I will PROPHESY!!! - 1 Corinthians 14:5 (ESV): Now I want you all to speak in tongues, but even more to prophesy. The one who prophesies is greater than the one who speaks in tongues, unless someone interprets, so that the church may be built up.
As I prophesy, others will also!!! - 1 Corinthians 14:31–32 (ESV): For you can all prophesy one by one, so that all may learn and all be encouraged, and the spirits of prophets are subject to prophets.
Because the impact of prophecy on unbelievers is powerful during a gathering, I will seek to prophesy - 1 Corinthians 14:24–25 (ESV): But if all prophesy, and an unbeliever or outsider enters, he is convicted by all, he is called to account by all, the secrets of his heart are disclosed, and so, falling on his face, he will worship God and declare that God is really among you
Pour out Your Spirit Lord!!! - Joel 2:28–29 (ESV): 28 “And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my Spirit on all flesh; your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, and your young men shall see visions. Even on the male and female servants in those days I will pour out my Spirit.
